Anne has been working at Heaton since 2009. She enjoys working at firstvets and loves being part of the team, meeting clients and their pets. Her hobbies are socialising with friends and family and going to Bingo. Anne also enjoys walking her Jack Russell, Gotty, who she rescued when he was only two years old.

Lindsey has been working on reception at the Billy Mill branch since April 2008.

Michelle has been a receptionist since 2011. What she loves about the job is that every day is different as well as getting to know the clients and getting cuddles and kisses off their pets.
Michelle has two dogs, Lexi a cross Huskey Collie, Finnick a Lakeland Terrier and two cats Naz and Obi. She also has two grown-up daughters, so whilst her home life doesn’t leave much time for hobbies, she does love curling up with a good crime novel, or watching a film.

Pam started work for firstvets in October 2004 and drives the ambulance, transferring patients between our branches in the North East.

Paul has been working for firstvets since November 2014 and helps maintain our practices in the North East.
